Dan Boyko Music History
Dan Boyko was born and raised a Hammer Town Hellraiser. Growing up in the
Hamilton music scene, jammin and gigging with local music favourites like
Teenage Head, Forgotten Rebels, Calamity Jane, T.O. Joker, Spec Jennings, Dan Dyer
to name a few. During this time, Dan took vocal lessons from Brian Vollmer of Helix
as well as the Diana Ropolaski School of Voice. After 15 years of touring and recording,
3 full length albums with his band Three Ways From Sunday. Recording at
Grant Ave Studios with Paul and Bob Doidge and Catherine North Studios with
Chris Wilson and Glen Marshall, and
Dan Zippavich from Blue Tilt studios.

He also did a brief stint with local Heavy Metal band E.O.R. (Edge of Reason).
releasing a 9 song Cd named The Machine. Cuts from Machine were played
regularly on college radio CFMU and others and went number 1 on many
websites like GarageBand .com Soundclick.com. Iuma.com and more.
After a while of prioritizing his life and starting a family Dan took some well deserved time off and moved to the Niagara Area. After a lingering hiatus. long time friend and convinced Dan to come back to songwriting and the stage. Then formed a hard rock Band called Where Anger Lies, releasing five singles and one of these singles winning local accolades.
Following winning a Niagara songwriting contest in 2020 for the song Scream! Receiving staggering numbers on social media and in show attendance. They went on to work with some musical giants such as Dirk VerBuren (Megadeth), Caleb Bingham (Formerly of Five Finger Death Punch), Alessandro Medri (Formerly of Figure Of Six), and Seth VonPaulous producer virtuoso. Something was starting to happen, Dan was receiving Emails and messages from people all over the globe supporting himself and his music.
More up to date, Dan Boyko is currently recording his first full length CD Unforgiven. creating an off the floor recording like it would've been done with Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones etc. Everything will be recorded at the same time from vocals, to all instruments, and will be releasing Unforgiven March 2023. Full motion picture video will be released for Lost Cause and Modern Day Nursery Rhyme.
Unforgiven the album will be released and will have a special limited edition Vinyl run. Stefan Loebus will be playing the drums for all songs on this effort as well as return hero Matt “Seattle” Smith who brings his funky sound to this compilation of soon to be favourites.
Stefan Loebus
Born in Toronto and raised in the small town of Dorchester, Ontario. After falling in love with the drums in his early teens, Stefan was gigging in local venues and being hired for recording sessions before he graduated high school.
Stefan went on to study Jazz Performance at York University, and graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in 2017. Over the last decade Stefan has been injecting his signature
sound into a wide variety of Canadian artists’ recordings and live performances.
In 2021 Stefan joined forces with Dan Boyko to add his signature style and flair
to Dan's music. His impecable timing and rythm direction is second to none.
